On March 16, 2007, NBE Luyi 25MW Biomass Power Project was verified and successfully registered at the Executive Board of CDM of United Nations. NBE Luyi CDM project has been developed by NBE in strict conformity to requirements of the Office of Measure Coordination on Climate Change of the National Development and Reform Commission. This is the first CDM project of direct-fired biomass power approved by the state, which was then submitted to the United Nations and successfully registered.
